How many images are taken?
This varies significantly between weddings, if you have a second photographer, the flow of your day and the activities you have planned for your guests. My goal is to get all the magical moments, without it being overwhelming, on average you will receive 75 to 100 images per hour from your wedding day. I usually would say the photo gallery will be ready in about 3 to 4 weeks, sometimes it depends on whether you have planned your wedding in the off season or the busy season. But on average, it takes about 2 weeks. When your photos are finished, I will send a password protected online photo gallery for you to view, download, and share all of your photos with your family and friends. Also I will do my absolute best to send you an amazing sneak peek within 72 hours of your wedding day.
ENGAGEMENTS
One hour session two location of your choice, within 30 minutes of Boca Raton FL All edited high-resolution images in an online gallery. You may order prints, canvases, or albums through your online gallery.
WHAT IS YOUR STYLE OF PHOTOGRAPHY?
Because the wedding that is taking place in front of me will never happen again, I look for split-second moments that have a high-impact when you view them after the blur of the wedding day has passed. To me photographing a wedding is like writing a book but only in pictures its a story/fairytale that will last a lifetime.
Do you Back up my Images?
My backup process of your images starts from the very first picture I take, the cameras I use always have dual card slots. Once I get home I backup the images to two different external hard drives. I do not delete edited, raw or delivered images from the wedding. But I cannot guarantee having them a few years down the line, that is why I always encourage my clients to make their own backups.
Do we get to keep the digital files?
Yes! The contract that you sign includes a print release. I absolutely want you to be able to easily share your memories, Having the ability to print your own photos may seem like a good idea, But I have seen couples struggle to get their images printed correctly. Trust me you don’t want to spend money on amazing photos just to have them printed with a low quality printer. I made the mistake myself. I was in a hurry, I needed the photo the same day. I didn't feel like driving out to my custom printer place. But then I ended up having to drive out there anyway because the photo was just not usable and a complete waste of $7.
HAVE YOU PHOTOGRAPHED MY VENUE?
Maybe ;) but if I have not, I will get to the venue early on the day of the wedding and scout out the best locations. To me a good photographer will get you good photographs at any venue. I also do extensive online research as well as come fully prepared for any situation.
Do you include a second photographer?
I am sometimes asked by couples who are getting married whether they need a second shooter/photographer on their wedding day. There is, unfortunately, no standard answer to this question. I make recommendations to my clients based on their specific needs. A second shooter can capture more faces which is useful for large weddings. They can shoot at a different location, such as shooting the groom and his groomsmen at a separate house if they are not getting ready in the same hotel as the bride. A second photographer can provide up to twice the coverage, adding up to more photos. Is all of this necessary? The short answer is “no.”
INSURANCE
I am prepared for any situation or any equipment failure. I also carry business insurance and lability. If your venue needs a certificate of insurance, let me know, and I'll get that right over to you!
FINEED TO CANCEL OR MOVE MY WEDDING DATE, IS THE RETAINER REFUNDABLE?
The Retainer is non-refundable. If you are moving dates and would like to re-book me, a fee will be required to make up for the loss of business, if I'm available for that date. The full policy is included in the wedding agreement, which you can review before signing.
PAYMENTS
I accept cash and Zale Pay. 50% of your balance is required to book your date, the final payment is due 30 days before the wedding.
If you want your services when should we book you?
Since it is first come, first serve, the earlier the better. Dates can not be reserved until the retainer fee is paid along with contract, etc.
